Class: A Francsgiving Celebration
Come taste New York Cabernet Franc styles with educator May Matta-Aliah, ranging from light, fresh, and floral to richer, savory, and structured, including a pét-nat. We’ll explore how the cool, glacial slopes of the Finger Lakes, the maritime breezes of Long Island, and the historic soils of the Hudson Valley shape these wines.
Along the way, we’ll discover why Cabernet Franc’s lively acidity and savory spice make it a natural pairing with Thanksgiving favorites, from turkey and stuffing to cranberry sauce. The class includes a welcome wine, 6 tasting pours, bread & cheese, and a 20% discount on all wines tasted to use in-store after class.

Chef Doug Gulija at FENIKS in Southampton has long been a fan of New York Cabernet Franc, so we're bringing the grape to his table. Join us for a Cab Franc Forward wine dinner pairing his cooking with some of the state's best expressions of the grape.
